  • Linda Robson - Her Professional Background

    Making a Difference

    Linda Robson has worked with people facing barriers to employment since
    1993 as a specialist employment consultant. Her contracts with the
    Department of Work and Pensions and the European Social Fund included, Job Club, Work Preparation and the Spirit of Success.

     

    The Spirit of Success programme helps clients to identify skill levels by using practical assessment tools.

     

    The Spirit of Success was designed by Linda to motivate and encourage
    clients to identify skill levels by the use of practical assessment.

    Moving to New Zealand in 2005, Linda has worked as an Employment Consultant for Workbridge in the Wellington area and In-Work New Zealand in the Wellington Region.
    Linda established L R Training in February 2010 as an Employment Specialist for people with a disability and other barriers to employment.

    NZCER - Registered as a user of tests A,B, SDS
    British Psychological Society Registered Tester
    NCFE Diploma in Performance Coaching
    The International NLP Trainers Association
    City & Guilds Assessor
    Oxford & Cambridge Adult Education Trainer basic skills
