Initial Assessment
The Initial Assessment has been developed to optimise and realise a
client’s potential to expand opportunities to find employment. The follow
up workshops combine professional practical assessments in basic
employability skills in a non academic flexible environment with a focus on
learning styles.
The holistic approach to develop and expand basic and employability
skills, provides sustainable, meaningful employment.
Initial Assessment Overview
The Initial Assessment can take up to two hours; it is a two-way session to support people to discover their self worth and to provide meaningful assessment of basic and employability skills. The flexibility of the programme addresses individual’s strength and identifies limitations for certain types of training or work .
